COVID and Loneliness | Podcast

In this podcast, Associate Pastor Jason Faulkner and Katie Gohde, a licensed professional counselor and good friend of the Trinity family, discuss in particular the topic of loneliness, an experience that no doubt has been exacerbated and made more common through the pandemic reality.
It goes without saying that we may never know again—certainly in our lifetime—the loss of life that has come at the hands of COVID-19. But sometimes in the shadow of this incredibly devastating threat to our physical health, not enough has been said about the immediate and lasting toll that the pandemic has taken on our mental health. What is loneliness? What different forms does it take? And how do we engage it?
